Windows 2000 Advanced Server Errors

This is a discussion about Windows 2000 Advanced Server Errors in the Windows Software category; I have Windows 2000 Advanced Server running with Service Pack 2 and I'm seeing both of these errors in the Application Log section of the Event viewer. I have no idea what these errors mean, so I'm hoping some of you guys can shead some light on this for me.
