Windows 2000 Random Reboot

I have got an AMD XP 1600 Processor with 128Mb DDR ram and an MSI motherboard. At random times the computer reboots itself. This has occured when i have been on the internet and has happened once when windows was starting up.

ok i think i have solved this - Zone Alarm Pro
 
Uninstalled it and no more problems
