Windows 2000 sp4 hangs on restart

This is a discussion about Windows 2000 sp4 hangs on restart in the Everything New Technology category; Just did a clean install of Win 2000 and it worked fine. Put in SP4 and now when you restart the server it hangs on bootup and just has a flashing cursor in the top left hand corner. A manual shut down boots into windows fine.
