windows installer

This is a discussion about windows installer in the Windows Software category; where can i find windows installer 2. 0 for xp i am trying to install a program in xp on a computer with no internet access and it needs an up dated version of windows installer and i cant access the xp updatesite ;(.

thanks for reply that link is for 2000 nt and windows 95 and 98 not for xp

well i thought 2000's would work for xp....but maybe not...
