Windows was not able to process the application binding information (!?)

This is a discussion about Windows was not able to process the application binding information (!?) in the Everything New Technology category; When trying to run most app's I get the message : Windows was not able to process the application binding information. Can this be resolved whilst still in the confines of Whistler Beta 1 (2296)? Anyone.

No one is entitled to legitimately be running any beta releases of commericially-released software from Microsoft. The EULA explicity indicates that once the product has "RTM'd" then all beta/pre-release licenses are revoked.
