windows xp. modifiing user accounts?!

This is a discussion about windows xp. modifiing user accounts?! in the Windows Hardware category; i run windows xp and today when i logged into my account all the files were gone! i checked the other accounts and those had no problems. im freaking out! help please?!?!? :x.
