WinNt USB??

Does WinNT SP4 support USB PEn Drive?I've got an old P200 MMX with a 1. 0 USB port and would like to use a SanDisk 256MB Cruzer Mini:is there anyway?If i just plug it and nothing happens. . . edit:i found these drivers but i don't have a dell computer,can i safely install it?.
