WinNT Win2k dual boot - how?

This is a discussion about WinNT Win2k dual boot - how? in the Customization Tweaking category; Hey guys, sorry about the probable re-ask but i was unable to find any concrete answers as far as this topic goes. I am at work and I need to dual boot win2k and winNt. There is a reason for this. I need to use an optibase mpeg-1 encoder, and only drivers for NT and 95 are available.

Hey guys, sorry about the probable re-ask but i was unable to find any concrete answers as far as this topic goes.

I am at work and I need to dual boot win2k and winNt.
There is a reason for this.
I need to use an optibase mpeg-1 encoder, and only drivers for NT and 95 are available. The reason I want to go with NT is because the card works alot better in the NT environment. I kinda got this slammed on me yesterday, and although ive gone to the optibase website for drivers (none) and info (it says it works with nt 5 beta, which is essentially 2k) it still does not work in a 2k environment. The problem im having is that 2k doesnt even see the install of the card, and the drivers cause hard lockups.

So in short im wondering how to dual boot nt and 2k on an existing 2k box. 1 hard drive (8 gigs), 128 megs of ram and a p3 500 proc.

is it possible to install to the same hd just different partitions?
Should i use partition magic for this as there is about 6 gigs free on the drive at the moment? and anything else i should probably *know*?

Thanx a bunch in advance
