Micro$oft's alt-tab replacement tool can do something like that.
 
And guess what ;( it's absolutley free 8)

sorry but you are completely wrong. Have you even checked the URL?
 
I do not share the opinion that winplosion is offered by some of the existing windows-tools.
 
For me it looks more like a win-clone of the Exposé-function of Mac OS X.
 
Definitely an absolutely cool function!

It does appear to be a lot like expose. I heard microsoft was going to put a similar feature into longhorn.
