winxp 2428 bug

I run winXP 2428 for a while and then all the sudden winamp gives this error about not being able to read the file format of my mp3s which are perfectly fine. Also there is no sound in the rest of the system after this happens until i restart. Very strange problem. ALl the mp3s are coming off of my 76.3 gig maxtor.

**** if that is really what it is that sucks *** . It only happens after playing winamp for awhile. and i have alot of piratesd music on my hard drive

no its not a tactic to stop from listening to pirated music. It is probably a driver issue or something...i listen to winamp and leave it running 24/7 not playing media all that time but i have never seen this problem you describe.

I've been censored by MS. Windows media player will work on all my MP3's but if I use winamp then I get booted to an internet site saying I don't have licenses. Sounds to me like MS is trying to force us to use only their player. Same old tactics.

How is that the truth? You just claimed that the CD key was the problem and called him a thief without providing any facts.. This IS a beta OS remember and that IS a fact...

And you're right your posts will never stopped being snapped at unless you stop making uncalled for personal attacks at people. But I doubt you will stop because that's exactly what you want... I'm not sure what your motive is though do you like to argue and/or be the board clown or do you just wanna see how many posts you can get maybe you're going for 1,000 posts? Either way you are doing a fantastic job!
