WinXP Security Tab Gone?
Hey all, quick question. I just installed WinXP on my PC and I have a small problem. When I right click on a file and select properties there is no tab for Security! I have the drive formated with NTFS so I know thats not the problem.
Hey all, quick question. I just installed WinXP on my PC and I have a small problem. When I right click on a file and select "properties" there is no tab for Security! I have the drive formated with NTFS so I know thats not the problem. Anyone know what the deal may be here? Thanks in advance for any help you could offer. its still there,
im sure you figured it out by now but you have to go to folder options\View. its called simple file sharing. you have to disable it to get to the old securities tab.
