WinXP = Slow HDD

This is a discussion about WinXP = Slow HDD in the Windows Hardware category; I've got a Abit KT7A and WinXP RC1. When I check the IDE propeties in Device manager it says all my HDD are on UDMA. But file transfers and deleting files is slower than it was with Win2k.

HELP! Copying CD with drives on same IDE

Backup my mails automatically everytime windows boots up
