WMP6/WMP7 Odd Problem with Movies
This is a discussion about WMP6/WMP7 Odd Problem with Movies in the Windows Software category; I still use Media Player 6 to play movies in Win2000, I have installed DivX and Intel Indeo, but now I have a very odd problem: every movie with the extension MPG/MPEG is displayed in full-screen, only showing your original WMP window size.

What doe you seen then? You can see the movie, but is had zoomed in very hard. For example, in Gladiator you can only see a screen of 120x120 located somewhere in the middle of the original screen? Hard to imagine? I'll try it this way: 8)

The large square is my screen... The small one is the window of my WMP 6. Well, it seems the movie is project on the whole screen, but showing only what is in my WMP window. This way can only see a small part of the movie, heavily magnified... ;(
What should I do? Is this a codec problem? WM7 has this problem too...
