Worms Armageddon... again...
I'm running windows 2000, and I have tried everything I have seen on the internet (i think so anyway) to try and get this game to run. I tried a silkworm exe file, I tried team 17s beta 2 patch, I tried running it in a compatibility layer.
I'm running windows 2000, and I have tried everything I have seen on the internet (i think so anyway) to try and get this game to run. I tried a silkworm exe file, I tried team 17s beta 2 patch, I tried running it in a compatibility layer... all of which have FAILED. (I keep my win2k up to date by downloading updates from microsoft weekly, so I should have the latest drivers/updates for win2k.)
Anyone who has gotten worms armageddon to work in win2k please respond!

You won't get any help. I even emailed the developers and received a response that he'd send the email up the chain....that was close to 2 years ago and the next Worms game was released soon after. ;(
I've heard a few reports that some people have gotten it to work under Windows XP but it never has for me on multiple hardware changes.

I was amazed to see this since the email I received close to 2 YEARS ago was not very encouraging.
