XCOM Apocalpse

Anyone managed to get xcom apocalypse running with win xp??? Damn awesome game but doesn't want to load on my machine. I know it doesn't run under w98/me if your video card is too new. (something about no vesa compatability or something.

It's been a long time since I dual booted.
 
Doesn't it use Dos4gw?

yeah it does use dos4gw. I also don't wanna dual boot . Just need it to work in winxp.
