Does anybody know how to get X-com working under win XP? I can't find a sollution. .

Have 2000 or Xp and internet? Disable Netbios over TCP/IP!

Dunno 'bout xcom3.
 
Xcom1 will crash at the "make base" screen. I think xcom2 will work, but it's been so long, I don't remember.
 
I actually think xcom3 will work, but I think it has problems with the sound. As in, no music and the videos play at 1/16 speed, so you have to skip past them.

OK, so if anybody could help me out here. I'm experiencing the same problems and actually I'm quite pissed off with my XP here. So, how could I make my Apocalypse at least playable. I've also got problems with sound (sound test and intro screen before the game crashes), but that's just secondary. Any suggestions?
