yeah read about this yesterday. Hopefully it comes out soon to us 'unofficial' beta testers.

I'd like to see if everything actually works this time, instead of "Will this work or not" game.
IMO you probably will not see a complete everything working build again until RC1. The reason for this is that now that the code base is stable it is time to tweak the apps and other internal windows products and get those in tip top shape before RC-1 hits the streets.
True- however, win XP from what I have heard so far is fairly stable, even at this stage. Which is great, however I'm sure everyone is looking forward to RC1 being released

2481 is faster than 2475!

What are the release notes for 2481 if any?
at a glance, there it seems to be a repeat of beta 2's release notes. I just scanned it but nothing jumped out at me that was noticeably different.
