First of all, please turn off your caps-lock... this is equivalent to shouting, and is annoying at best.
If the program is already installed, you can try running it in compatibility mode. Right click on the shortcut of the program and choose properties. Go over to the Compatibility tab and check "Run in compatibility mode." Your best bet is to try setting it to the Windows 98 compatibility mode.

No there is currently no patch available for Lego Creator. Just take it back to the store and get your money back.
That is a great idea AlecStaar. My son is almost 13 and I have bought him a nice HP computer that was so cheap that I could not pass it up. Also, carol you ought to just look around for a deal on a new computer.
