Right this is a really bad problem. When I boot into XP, it says that it cannot load my profile and that it has created a temporary one so that all settings I change will be lost when I log off which means I basically can't use it and I would describe it as totally screwed ! I have no idea what is causing this and I have reinstalled it once and repaired it but all to no avail ! Real bummer - has anyone heard of / eXPerienced anything like this before ? It's really doing my head in - I've tried just about everything.
