XP Home Sharing Win98 Drives
This is a discussion about XP Home Sharing Win98 Drives in the Customization Tweaking category; Has anyone here had any experience with trying to get a Home Version of XP to map a shared drive on the net from a Win98 system. My XP Pro system sees the Win98 system fine and maps the drive. The XP Home version can't seem to see it.

Make sure you have sharing enabled on the 98 machine and that both systems have the same networking protocols.
would workgroups be an issue here?
