XP Processes Help

This is a discussion about XP Processes Help in the Customization Tweaking category; I know for Win 98 there was a program called End it all, to stop everything that wasn't needed, is there anything like that for XP Pro or at least a list of things that need to run, I need all the extra resources I can get for gaming til all my stuff gets here for my new machine.
