Zonealarm Pro crashes when closed
This is a discussion about Zonealarm Pro crashes when closed in the Windows Software category; I have ZoneAlarm Pro version 2. 6. 632 and whenever i right-click the icon in the system tray and click shutdown ZoneAlarm the computer restarts. This only seems to happen when I'm connected to the internet.

Thats known to interfere with several Antivirus/firewall products.

Sounds like a problem with the TrueVector service. I'd remove and reinstall ZA to see if the problem is solved. But an anti-virus scan is always a good idea.. I'd do that first.
Possible to trade in zone alarm for something else?
i have not personally used it, but it is the firewall software i read about the most people having problems with it seems.

ye Zonealarm is a pain in the a.. when playing games over the internet. Almost all my games crashed after playing on the internet. I then switched Zonealarm for Norton Personal firewall and i havent had any problems since.
