We have switched locations where the My Documents folder is pointing to on our 2003 server, and the synchronization works fine with that. However, it still keeps trying synch with the old location. And I can't get it to go away.

Norton Internet Security help

When I tried to run Norton Internet Security it said MSVCR70. dll didn't exist, so I downloaded that, but now another message comes up saying The procedure entry point __iob_func could not be located in the dynamic link library MSVCR70.

Such thing as default mode? (Windows XP)

My other computer (Windows XP) has a problem with it's hard drive. No matter what i do to files (download, delete, move), it seems to go back to where it was. It's like computers at school basically.

mac cd-rom 7th guest install on XP

Can I or can I not play a mac cd-rom (the 7th guest) on my windows xp? Ive been everywhere and tried everything. ( patches, dos emulator, cmd prompt, etc. ) Some say I can and some say I cant. I just bought it off Amazon and I think it said I could play it on XP.

Instructions for formatting NT required

I have a PC that has Windows NT installed as well as other non required progs , I would like to know how to format this so that it is Bare thus enabling me to istall a new operating system. Detailed instructions would be greatly appreciated as I am not an expert.

Why Did I Keep My Win XP C: Drive at FAT32??

I'm brain dead. When I upgraded to XP a few years ago, I kept my C: drive at FAT32, but converted my D: to NTFS. I converted D: so I could exceed the 4G file limit for video captures. I know I kept C: wit FAT32 for a very specific reason, which for the life of me I can't remember now.

No computers/printers show up in W2k3 domain

Having an intermittent problem with Active Directory on our W2k3 domain controller. Every so often, when you browse Microsoft Windows Network -> OurDomian, the list of computers is empty. When this happens, printers no longer show up in the directory.

Just the one SATA Drive on the SATA channel 0 black connector( not RAID, red connectors ) CDRW on IDE Primary 1 Master Getting the 0x0000007B etc error on new install. F6 driver is VIA VT6420 otherwise WinXP will not see the drive.

Is there a way of repairing Win2K? That's with SP4, incidentally. Is there some sort of repair function on the Win2K installation CD? I ask because I've hit a brick wall with a driver problem - an Epson flatbed scanner driver.
