I am trying to get an old flightsim game (European Air War) to work properly under Windows NT - for reasons I need not go into here I am working with a scrounged, ancient PC right now, on an island far, far away, without the prospect of upgrading to XP.

Two Physical Drives, A and B, both IDE 120 GB. Both NTFS. Both 100% partition, (C and D). Primary drive was 2k Install, contained Boot. ini. Secondary drive was XP Pro install. 2k had a problem and needed to be reinstalled, so I backed up the boot.

I'm seeing an issue with Vista and some wireless USB devices. Upon returning from either standby or hibernate (S3 and S4), the OS tells the BIOS to issue a bus reset. First of all, this breeches Windows Logo Device Requirement Protocol.

Pleae help me to fix the probelm to connect the DDNS Service to my windows 2003 server. Scenario: WINDOWS 2003 SERVER, ADSL LINE, DLINK ROUTER. I worked with ddns on windows 2000 server with out any problem.

vista had better be good because i find that xp is one of the most annoying operationg systems around. trouble is that most games dont work on anything else. if anyone else feels the same way please back me up here.

Hey I'm on Windows XP home and whenever i try to use the local users and groups part of Computer Management it says You cannot use this on winxp home blah blah blah. . . . Is there anyway I can get it to work cos I could really do with it - the most annoying thing is the admins account is always disabled.

I have an NEC DVD drive connected to an IDE to SATA converter. It works in 2003 server. . . it works in XPs safe mode. . . It does NOT work in XP. XP recognizes the drive and says that the device is working properly.
