Need help with command and conquer

Ok, I have Windows XP Pro. I have not yet installed any updates as I have just reformatted my computer. I installed Red Alert 2 with a breeze but it will not run at all. I have changed the compatibility to all the possible options and still to no success.

Hello to all. Maybe someone in here can help me? Well, I give it a try LSL 7 acts quite weird on my comp, and maybe someone in here has already had the same problem and solved it? Here are my problems with good old Laffer trying to run it on Win 2000 Pro / SP4.

I have to replace this file and three others. I have copied them from another installation. Can anyone please tell me how to copy them into the System32 file, as they are apparently all in use by Windows?.

Hi I have a game called Need For Speed road challenge so I installed it onto my computer windows XP that worked. But when i tried to load the game it commes up with a message saying, dwwin. exe-Application Error The exception Breakpoint A breakpoint has been reached.

Basically, having read other threads and messed about a touch with the registry settings of Jeff Wayne's War of the Worlds, I have activated the Network options. Me and my friend have attempted to play a game over TCP/IP but so far no good.

Ok. Now i have this problem. When i first got the sims 2 it was working fine. But then i took it to some man to get my computer fixed cuz lots of stuff happened to it. So i installed my sims 2 again and everything is working but there is something wrong with my sims.

Quake 3 Arean on an HP laptop

Quake 3 arena used to work fine on my desktop but on my laptop its just gone bezerk. The mouse is kindda stuck to the top right of the screen and i'm not being able to move it in any direction. The buttons (left and right) are also totally messed.

I can't seem to get half life 2 to load. I keep getting the errors failed to set video mode - resetting to defaults , failed to set video mode - falling back to safe mode settings, and failed to set video mode.

QFixApp2. 0: I used the Win98 layer for the setup. exe to get the voodoo card detected. Then again used the Win98 layer to start the linked tp. exe! Bingo. . . TP2000 runs on W2K!.

Recently i wanted to play C & C. I have Command & Conquer Gold Edition. I learned how to install with the compatibility mode and all. Apperently only the NOD disk works and not the G. D. I, probably because it is damaged.

Sims 2 - Little black dashes

Hello =) I just bought the Sims 2 DVD and it seemed to install just fine. Everything looks okay so far EXCEPT there are little black dashes on the sides of the screen from top to bottom. What could cause this? Is this an easy fix? I'm new at this.

I have a mac version of DOTT that i'm litterally dying to play and i have windows xp. i've downloaded scummvm but it doesn't recognize that the cd is in the drive. Is there something i should download? i've already tried HFVExplorer, but that didn't recognize the cd either.

Okay yesterday i bought the sold out edition of Dungeon keeper two, installed it and it works fine, apart from one thing. . . When i play the game , rows apon coloums of small black squares apear, which are really annoying.
