i recently got. iso files for the game might and magic 6 the mandate of heaven and i used Alcohol 120% to mount them on a virtual drive so i can install it and play it. i mounted them and that went fine, i installed it and that went fine.

If you are having problems with XP when installing a game or any software from a CD or DVD and get the error message (filename) not a valid win32 application, then the 1st thing to do is check the CD/DVD drive and disc is clean.

I got the sims 2 university for my b-day. I installed it and when I go to play it, it doesn't work. it starts running and starting up. but then it suddenly just stops. there is no error message or anything.

I am attempting to play NHL Open Ice 2 on 2 Challenge via DOSBox. The game is Windows 95 compatible. Are PC games designed for Windows 95 compatible with DOSBox? When I input the command to run said game, I encounter the error: This program cannot run in DOS mode.

The Sims Deluxe on Vista

I installed The Sims Deluxe on my Vista laptop and it will work for a little while but during the game, it crashes and takes me back to the desktop. I haven't downloaded any extra skins or anything else, I only have the files that came from the install cd.

I understand that given the number of other posts on here about Might and Magic VI, if you can't get it running, there must be something seriously wrong with your computer. I have gotten the game to work when I originally got the shrinker error problem.

Save/Load game solution for Resident Evil 2 XP

This worked for my system running XP SP2 Install the entire game on a FAT32 partition of your hard drive. Put your save games on the same partition (I put mine in e:\Resident Evil 2) Run the game in windows 95 compatibility Good luck.

Hi - I've installed this today and every time i try and load it up i just get a windows error message saying it needs to close down - sorry for any inconvenience etc - the error signature is AppName: cm0001.

Quicktime faded with questionmark

Why do I get a faded quicktime sign with a question mark in the middle of it, when I try to look at certain quicktime streaming files. Sometimes it works, sometimes I get that sign. It doesn't appear to be to do with the flash player problem, which people mentioned.

I know its an old game, but a buddy of mine said it was fun, we played it on his computer just fine, but when i install it on mine, it starts a black screen with some words on top with something to do with dos/4GW Professional Protected Mode Run-Time Version 1.

okay I run oni under xp and without the crack and it works perfectly until I try to load any level or start a new game, then it crashes with a message blam, oni crashed and I tryed the crack too but still the same thing happens, please help me!
