I have a new Window XP Home desktop. I installed Sim3000 and played this game successfully. But while playing, it switched me to original regular desktop page and all game is gone. It happens every 30 minutes of playing.

Dungeon Keeper 2 Troubles

I know there's a rake of posts about this, but I couldn't find anything about my problem. I installed DK2 under Virtual PC 2007, running Windows 98SE. The game starts fine, runs beautifully, but as soon as I try to enter a game it goes to a black screen and locks.

Heroes of Might and Magic 2: XP Compatibility, I need help.

Alright, I searched the site and came up empty handed, and I've been through that nice little compatibility menu in the properties screen as well as the Compatibility Wizard, neither of which helped get the program running on my Windows XP OS.

So I installed The Sims Deluxe again the other day, and after installation (no problems) I attempted to play the game. After loading, it reaches the first screen, the neighborhood, where you choose a house plot.

Dungeon Keeper 2, winXP, mulitplayer?

Hello, i have Dungeon Keeper 2, it works well on my Win XP, but when it comes to multiplayer, (i want to play with a friend thru TCP / IP connection) when i try to join the game it just hangs and (i guess) it timeouts.

The Sims Makin' Magic -- Trouble playing

I recently installed the Sims Deluxe, Hot Date, House Party, Vacation and Unleashed (in that order) onto my Vista computer. Things worked great, I added some downloaded skins, nothing was slow, so I figured I'd install the Sims Makin' Magic too (I don't have Superstar).

I downloaded The Sims 2and when I try to play I get an error message that says Failed to find any Directx 9. 0c compatible graphics adapters in this system! Please make sure you have a Directx compatible graphics adapter and hve installed the latest drivers provided by the manufacturer.

Hi All: I donwload an Heavy Gear 2 Torrent (German Version) into my PC. When I try to install it the setup dont run, NO PROBLEM WINDOWS, NO ERROR CODES. . . . nothing. . . . . . ok I believe that this problem can caused by Hkey-Control-Locate windows version code.

For those who want to play this great adventure game: You need to install DOSbox, copy the mastrlu CD content into a masterlu directory on your C: drive, then in dosbox: mount c c:\masterlu This emulates a drive like the CD, then you can run install.

Portions of screen go black in Starfleet Academy

I run a Windows XP SP2 machine with a GeForce 3 video card and DirectX 9. 0c. When I run Rogue Squadron 3D, large portions of the menu screen go black. The game is still running, and I can un-blacken these portions of the screen by moving my mouse around those areas.

Hey, I have dungeon Keeper Gold installed on my computer using windows XP SP2, and have it set to run in compatibility mode with windows 95. The game seems to run fine until I click on any level (one of the two flags after choosing the new game in the menu) At which point the game crashes.

Hi, i installed dk2 recently and it works fine, except for one detail. At the Start menu, there isn't any backgroung, it should have some 3D graphics, and when i start a new campaign, there is no images.

i recently got. iso files for the game might and magic VI the mandate of heaven and i used Alcohol 120% to mount them on a virtual drive so i can install it and play it. i mounted them and that went fine, i installed it and that went fine.

want my old CM 00/01 to work on my damn win xp. I tried changing compatibility, didn't work, tried using DosBox and D-Fend, didnt work just getting an error saying that this program cant be run in dos.
