I downloaded Northern Strike from the EALink and then installed it. It installed super fast and doesn't have a play button or anything. When it's done installing and I click Finish a message pops up that states UPDATE AVAILABLE.

I put the CD into my Dell Optiplex 170L and I click run and type in D:\Autorun and it says Please insert disk into the D drive. I cannot get it to work and have tried on 2 computers. It won't even start installing! What do I do? ! I have Windows XP.

Half-life 2 memory crash

Hy buddies, I'm using an Xp professional service pack 2. I have hl2 downloaded from steam. The game gives me an Application error whih says that the program tried to reference some memory at some memory location and that the memory could not be read.

Well here is my problem, when I insert the CD it starts up the auto run. I click on install and as my computer starts to read the disk an error pops up, it reads, Application Error SETUP caused a General Protection Fault in module SETUP.

Hello, I've got a big problem with running an old Lucas Arts game called Yoda Stories on Windows XP Professional with SP2. Firstly the game didn't want to start and it gave an error 0x000005. I found a solution to this, from , and - I did as it said, and replaced old wavemix32.

AHHHHHG!!!!!!!!!!!!! i just got a really old command and conquer thingy for a buck and I have had soo many problems installing and getting it to work. first, I am using a very old windows 95 plus with about 550 mbs left and 16 mb RAM.

PC game - Betrayal in Antara constantly hangs.

Question

The game constantly hangs at certain points, and is perfectly reproducalbe each time. For example, if i attempt to enter the shop in the town of Teal, game freezes. The only thing i can do at that point is to do a manual restart of the comp.

I have a Dell with Windows XP. When I insert the sims 2 my computer doesn't recognize the CD. When I use run to try to open the program, my computer says please install a disk. I tried to turn off my antivirus program but there was no change.
