USB2.0 and Asrock K7VM2

Well, I just formatted my system and set everything up. . here's my current rig AthlonXP 2100 Asrock K7VM2 Geforce2MX AGP + Voodoo3 PCI 60gb maxtor (partitioned in 5gb + 55gb = both NTFS) 256 DDR WinXP Pro SP1 And now that I'm trying to install my usb stuff, I'm having a few problems.

i have had 2k installed for quite some time now and have gone through several motherboards, videocards, soundcards etc there is a crapload of old drivers that are still in my windows dir and some even still load but wont work.

nt 4 Drivers for Nvidia Geforce4 Go 4200 64Mb???

I'm desperatly looking to get a better resolution (VGA driver=800x600). I got an Nvidia Geforce4 Go 4200 64Mb with an 8500 Inspiron. I now have to use Windows NT 4. . . I tried few drivers from here and there, but all gave me the blue screen.

I pulled this article off of the nforcershq forum. I have to say that it looks pretty good but not as good as I expected. The 1MB L2 cache blew me away but it starts at only 1. 6Ghz. The only areas that it excelled over canterwood was in compression and gaming.

A harddrive on my mothers computer failed. Basically she told me that when she came back from stand by the computer said the same message I see every time I boot. A disk error occured. Press ctrl+alt+del).

Installing a printer with Print Spooler on manual in 2k

I tried adding a printer (first one) with Print Spooler in the manual setting under Services and I received a 'not enough resourses' message. Then I tried installing it in add/remove hardware and I got a 'RPC service' error message (I don't remember the exact wording.

ATI Radeon 9500 Boot-up Problems

I am helping a friend install a new ATI Radeon 9500 Pro into his rather older PC - a 750mhz AMD Athlon. This PC has an MSI K7 Pro Motherboard and 512mb ram and a 2x AGP slot and a 300watt power supply.

160GB hard drive format prob. in 2k

Recently picked up a Maxtor 160GB drive but 2k only sees 131GB on install since Im using a service pack 2 disk. I've upgraded to SP3 now so is there a way I can get my lost 30gb or so recognized? Or am I going to have to figure out how to burn a new 2k install disc with sp3 streamlined in? TIA.

This might be a stupid question to a lot of people I don't OC my system and I am sick of noise so I disable all the case fans, the fans that are running are the CPU fan, the 2 fans on the PSU. That's all.

Hi, as the subject states. I was thinking kt400 specifically ga-7va or g-a7vaxp motherboards. but i heard you cant go the athlon 2800+ or the 3000+ even though there website says you can. anyone know anything about this.

I heard a lot of good things about this wireless keyboard/mouse set so when CompUSA had it on sale for $50 I went for it. Maybe its just me or the fact that i havn't downloaded the latest drivers but it seems like crap.

Hi all, I've set up the mobo so as to support 4 speakers through Soundman (the software program that comes with the drivers) but still when I use winamp to listen to a mp3, there is only output from the 2 front ones.

I have an Epson C70 Plus printer and I want to force the default settings to always use an A4 paper size (currently it keeps defaulting to letter size and i have to resize it in the printer settings each time I want to print).

I've been researching this for a while now, so I don't really need any technical information on this, just some thoughts from various mature, professional tech users. I'm used to the ati sucks and nvidia sucks and I just can't stand it and need a real response on this from users with the experience.

voodoo2 sli in win2k not working thats pretty much it. i have a whole bunch of beta drivers for it. the most i got to work was quake2 in 3dfx 60 some fps but the models where not visible, just shadows and walls quake3 gets 5 fps at start up screen and i think crashes when i run the game, either it crashed or it was ...
