gravis game pad pro usb

I cannot get my gravis gamepad pro usb to work with xp pro. I know it's probably not compatible since it's a couple years old and because it is plug n play, xp won't recognize it. There has got to be a driver that will make this work.

Cd rom shows Disc is blank

i have a lg 16xDVD combo drive. When a disc is inserted in the drive, double click to open, the disc everything is blank, it shows no data. system has XP home edition loaded. Can anybody help me to solve this problem an facing.

Intellimouse won't click on Firefox

Hi, I've installed a MS Intellimouse wireless optical mouse on my NT4 computer. It works fine and all - but the interface of Firefox (the browser) just won't receive any right clicks at all. Tried the troubleshooting function of the mouse software, but that doesn't help.

how do i reset my hardware config?

ive been having some trouble with my drivers not installing properly, and i think its being caused by bad settings being left in the registry. so, is there a way to completly reset the driver configuration? i seem to recall reading somewhere that there is some way to do this easily.

ATI All in Wonder 128 HELP!!!

I recently purchased an ATI All in Wonder 128 Video card and I downloaded the newest drivers from the website and the newest version of the Multimedia center and after attaching the AV In Composite and attaching some components to it I found out that it doesn't show anything on the TV when they are plugged in.

Problem with CD Drive (Not Burner!)

Sometimes when installing a program from my regular cd drive it just stalls. Not just the installation but the entire computer freezes and I have to turn it off and on again. It is not the drive itself as I replaced the first one and same problem.

I just attempted to upgrade my pc from win2000 pro to winXP pro. I cannot find a promise ata100 driver for winXP. Can I use the win2000 driver? Also, I flashed the bios on the board to update it to the most recent and now my pc is not working at all.

I saw in the NT-compatible hardware-index, that the Apple Pro Keyboard should work in Windows 2000 without any tweaking at all, but elsewhere I've read that since the Alt+Gr button is missing you won't be able to do these characters: {}|~@£$.

Hi there, i am new to this forum and new to the pc too. i have a nvidia geforce 64mb tv out card. i connected my pc to the tv with a s video cable. i cannot hear sound from the tv. what could be the problem.

How do i adjust the computers brightness other than the wheels on the monitor? I've don eit before but i forgot where the location was. . . it controls the gamma and whatnot. . . hopefully someone knows what i am talking about.

XP and Yamaha CRW2200

I loaded WindowsXP on my machine and it will not detect my Yamaha CRW. If I only attached my CD-ROM XP will see it and it will work. As soon as I add on my Yamaha CRW, XP does't see any CD drives. I have tried using ONLY the Yamaha, but that doesn't work either.

Audigy Original or A7N8X onboard Nvidia APU???

I've been having a discussion with a few folks and we haven't been able to come to a clear understanding. So I'll ask some expert panelists for feedback on this. A7N8X comes with an Nvidia APU which is superb (probably best onboard sound out there), but I was thinking of getting an Audigy sound card.
