Microtech USB to SCSI-2 adapter

I have an old SCSI Hewlett-Packard ScanJet IIcx. It's a good scanner, so I want to hang on to it and just do a SCSI to USB 2. 0 Conversion. I purchased a Microtech USB to SCSI-2 adapter and installed it in place of the SCSI cable and card.

Fujitsu HD MPG3307AT SMART/Drive Failure Problem

(This is a pretty long read for a big problem I have. Please take your time to read and help out as much as possible so at least I can recover some files) I have this Fujitsu 30GB Harddrive MPG3307AT (4 year-old drive) that has a very serious SMART/Drive Failure problem.

Realtek ALC880 integrated audio in motherboard for AMD64?

There are motherboards based on the Intel 915 and the Intel 925 for the Intel side of life that use the Realtek ALC880 for integrated HD audio. i had a problem! my friend placed a password on my machines bios. when turn on my computer before bios even scans for the hardware, before even booting it asks for a password! how can i reset the password when before even the computer starts it ask for a password?.

I am using a Wireless Desktop, Labtec. Mostly while I am playing a FPS game, the keys get stuck and the player keeps doing the same action over and over, as if keys were turbo. IE: Player keeps going forward, even when I stop pushing W, the directional button for Forward.

TV Wonder Pro Software Not Recognized in XP

I've loaded the TV Wonder Pro Card w/software onto my PC but the software is only visible in program files folder. Any attempt to launch it fails. I see the TV Wonder card in Device Mgr and all appears to be working.

Intel D845BG Motherboard + 2.6GHZ Celeron?

Hi Gang, I've looked at the list of supported processors for my Intel D845BG motherboard and it doesn't list a single celeron processor faster than 1. 8GHZ. It does however list true pentium 4's going all the way up to 2.

NO monitor signal

Hi, I am changing my motherboard from a pentium II to an AMD Athlon 650Mhz. I did the switch of the MOBOs and all seem ok. All was connected perfectly and I reset the CMOS. I then turn on the computer but was no monitor signal.

Hey. This whole financial fiasco started when I decided to replace the aging GeForce 2 MX in my Dell Dimension 8200 1. 8GHz 1Gig RDRAM. I promptly bought a GeForce 6600GT off of ebay for a decent $160 without investigating the requirements of the video card first (how smooth was that).

MP3 Player from eBay won't work!

I got an 512 MB MP3 player from eBay. It worked perfectly fine but after two weeks or so it gives me the error message that the drive E: (presumabley the drive of the MP3 player) cannot be found and it never comes up.

Booting from software raid

I want to run 4 80gig WD sata's on a striped raid. In disk manager i have managed to create this raid but only by using windows on a IDE hdd (5 hdds all up). Problem is once i have created this raid i can't install windows on it so i can use this raid and remove the slow IDE.

Roland RS-70 USB interface & WinXP SP2

Just picked up a new Roland RS-70 synth for $685 on closeout. The USB driver for it, however, does not work with XP SP2. Here is the driver: It installs, detects fine, but if you go under midi properties within the driver it says the driver is enabled but not functioning properly.
