I' ve got a Gateway EV500 monitor (5 years old)!A few months ago it started to blink every now and then (a sparky noise came from the monitor - then went black for 1-2 seconds - then recovered almost immediately).

Lo to @, mates, I have some questions regarding RAID 5 level, I am planning to move on hardware based RAID 5 level with 4 sata or 4 pata drives. I currently own 4 pata ide drives, one Maxtor Dimondmax 120GB/2mb, one Maxtor Dimondmax 120GB/8mb cache and two identical 120gb WD drives with 8mb.

Ok heres the story, 2 weeks ago im playin World of Warcraft and out of knowhere my computer monitor just goes black with the little blue box msg saying something like cant fing signal, so i turn my comp off, and when i turn back on it still wont recognize the monitor.

hi, i just bought a geforce 4mx series video card. . . and i know im gonna sound stupid for asking this but. . . what type of slot does it need? agp right? it doesnt fit into what i think are the pci slots of my computer (where you can put internet cards, etc).

can someone help me plz. . . got a prob. . . asus probe allways shows me that i got 13. 48v instead of 12v. . . and than it crashs or reboot! if i try to play world of warcraft i get 13. 6v my mobo is an asus a7v8x cpu 2400+ running at 1800 or something ram is 512 mb pc3200 gpu ati 9800 pro psu uses 550 watt.

I need a power supply for use for my circuitry project since it has 5V and 12V. I currently have an AT power supply but the problem is that it automatically turns off when not connected to a motherboard.

I've been having trouble with my ps2 keyboard on this rig. When the machine boots into windows xp, the keyboard does not work. In the device manager the driver says This device cannot start. (Code 10).

I just built a PC, using an intel 915GAG and an Intel Celeron D 2. 53Ghz, with 256mg of RAM. I'm using all on onboard components. Once XP is installed I use the intel driver disk to intall drivers and everything works fine until I put on the Video/Graphics Driver, then the machine freezes up with in a few minutes.
