Xtreme Audio Will Not Install

Hi all, I just got the SB Xtreme Audio today and for the love of me, it will not install. I have tried a ton of things. I have the Asus P5B on Windows XP SP2. I uninstalled my old sound card, removed it from the PCI slot, installed the new card (it is a PCI-E sound card).

man have I had a day of it! Decided I would be power saving and put my pc on hibernate on Friday. Couldn't restart it this morning though, it hung at all sorts of places. I had to buy a Ps/2 keyboard to get past the first menu and be able to enter BIOS or anything.

I am thinking of fitting a new HD. I know that if do a reload on my exiting HD I will have to reformat and do a backup, so I am thinking of fitting a bigger HD and installing Windows Vista, would there be any problems?.

Sup people. I have a Mother Board A7S333 (SiS 745 - Socket A) with a Athlon XP 2000+. Here is the deal. I have a Nvidia Gforce FX 5200 256Mb 8x in a AGP slot maximum 4x. . . Since i change my graphic card to 5200 (the old one was MX 440 64Mb 8x too but works fine.
