I need modem help

I bought a Motorola SB4200 after my other modem from my ISP got smashed. I downloaded the drivers but dont know how to install them, and the wizard will not detect ANYTHING! Everything is hooked up properly, it is on and reciving information, just not sending it.

no access to bios or usb keyboards

My dell e310 won't boot, even to the Bios. It needs a USB mouse and keyboard (it has no PS2 options in back. Problem is the battery was changed, so the bios needs to enter setup to boot to change the time, etc.

USB external drives not showing up in My Computer

This is so strange. My USB external drives(ipod and external hard drives) are not showing up in My computer, therefore I can't access them through My Computer. I see them in Device Manager, and have tried to update drivers to no avail.

USB Camera Help

I purchased a WEBCAM (for dummies). I unplugged my digital camera (that works in this USB port). I plugged in the camera and it does not see it. I plugged back in my camera and it works fine. I also tried my thumb drive, works fine.

Hard drive isn't working after used on MAC

I have a Western Digital 400 GB hard drive and use it for my PC operating on Vista. My friend used it for his new MacBook and his computer tried to back up on the hard drive. Everything got erased on it and now my PC won't recognize it.

Hey guys. I'm having problems with my USB ports. It's not recognizing anything I'm plugging in (bluetooth device, phone). I've tried the front and back but nothing happens. I looked in the Device Manager and there are exclamation marks by the USB related areas.

extended desktop help

i tried connecting my laptop to TV via the s video port to watch movies. even though i have connected my tv and laptop via an s-video cable, when i goto device settings (display>settings>advanced>device settings) i get a message saying two display must be connected before you can use this feature.

Help me! Mouse not working

Hi everyone, I was wondering if someone could help me with a problem that I have. My mouse (ps2) has now decided to stop working. I have checked the conenction etc and it will work initially upon load up, but once i've put in my password and Windows XP has loaded completly it will freeze and is totally unresponsive.

I've been using the Logitech Camera in conjunction with Windows Live Messenger (WLM) for some time without any problems, in fact the picture has been very good. However, I have recently updated to the latest (2009) version of WLM and my camera will now not work.

Hi i have a problem with my router. The router is wired to my desktop computer and I have a laptop that uses the wireless signal. The problem is, when I turn off the wireless signal from my laptop my router seems to be working fine on my desktop and I can go online and stuff.

I have a new razer copperhead and i tried to install it normall on my windows XP SP2 PC. i did what the instructions said. plugged in the mouse, the pc detected it, then isntalled the software from the CD.

I figure this is a good place to get an answer for this. My boss and I were discussing how onboard RAM is affected by a video card. While we both agree that video cards have their own RAM, I've also read about how it will feed off of the onboard RAM, making the OS say that it's only utilizing 3.
