Hi all! This may or may not be the place to ask this question, but here goes! I have been trying to partition a hard drive so I can dual boot Win XP, and That Other Operating System (Ubuntu 6. 06).

In all honesty I'm not sure if this is hardware or software, HP seem to think it's my power cable. . . That seems laughable to me, but it would be hardware so here I am. Please move me if I'm wrong On with the problems! I had a fully functioning printer last week (HP Deskjet F2480 if it's relevant).

Logitech X-530 5.1 Speaker System

My cousin picked up Logitech X-530 5. 1 speakers system for his desktop computer. The base speaker, front and center speakers are working pretty fine, but the other two are not working. When he test the speakers in control panel all 5 work fine and also work if he plug them specifically into an iPod.

Mouse and keyboard problems after restore

I have a strange problem - I don't know if this has happened to anyone else but it has never happened to me and I am very good with computers. I thought for sure I could have solved this one myself, but it just does not make sense.

Very Weird Hardware issues..

Ok, so on my PC i have Both windows 7 64bit, and windows xp 32bit. . . on 1 computer, 2 different hard drives. . All of a sudden when i boot to windows xp , my usb devices arent workin. . like my usb mouse, appears to be powered but its not moving when i get to the account selection screen.

Sorry for the poor grammar and experss. I have a Hansol 710P monitor and Asus V7100 professional halo,,, Everything is working correctly In my old computer, I tried to change the graphics card to GeForce 4, and Windows 2000, start-up and the driver was found.

Primary Slave (HDD) not found

The HDD of my old PC P4 1. 8mhz was damaged and it was replaced with a new one formatted with XP-SP2 V3 as OS system. I also installed a Primary Slave Drive (HDD) but it was not been able to perform neither can be seen on My Computer.

Hi! I have a biostar n750a with a 955 be am3 running xp home sp3 and the proper cpu driver installed per amd website. Power now and smart fan turned on in bios but don't work! It did work but I turned it off to do some benchmarking and it has not worked sense any help would be good.

Hiya, i have an issue with my Epson Style SX200 all in 1 printer. Basically when i plug this into the USB, i get the following message: One of the USB devices attatched to this computer has malfunctioned, and windows does not recognise it.

Cannot access Bios

Recently I am unable to access my Bios. The Motherboard Manufacturer screen hangs for a long period of time then posts whereby I see that a Promise Raid controller (I don't use raid) cannot find anything attached and Bios is not installed.

Computers been crashing + freezing + restarting for ages. Often before it restarted or crashed, the sound would dissapear, followed by the mouse and keyboard not working, then restart. I used to reformat the pc and it would solve the problem for a day or two, it got worse.
