Ok, we got a new XP box at work. I hooked it up and the IP is thru DHCP of the IP router. It can ping all the pcs (98 & XP) and even browse the internet, but when I click on network places, nothing shows up.

Hi all, i was wondering how i can limit internet bandwidth with my bro's computer in our network using ICS. I currently have a 512/256 connection and i want to limit my bro to only 120/40 (its not fair but that translates to 15KB/s downloads and 5KB/s uploads).

Ok, I have been working on this for a while but haven't found anything about it. My goal was to use Active Directory Integrated DNS. I have a Forest Root Domain Controller with DNS on it and a Child Domain Controller (New Tree) also with DNS on it.

100Mb nic seen as 10Mb by router/switch :(
