Hi, My pc (winxp) is connected via dsl to the net. My isp provides me with a dynamic ip. I would like to access this system from the net. I've opened an account on , installed a Bali client and an ftp server (u-serv).

Perplexing FTP/Router Problem Windows XP Professional

I run Windows XP Professional with FTP ServU 5. 0 (5. 0. 0. 4), I am registered and yes I did pay for it. I have a Linksys Network Everywhere 4 Port DSL/Cable Router Model NR041. I have a problem where FTP transfers to me are only 80-150kb/sec when the transfers are coming to me from 100mbit+ sites.

Multi-home PC in two domains - how does DNS lookup work?

I have dual-NIC PCs that are within two domains, each domain with its own DNS servers. How is the order determined by Win2k when performing a DNS lookup? The problem is a lookup failure when the PC is trying a web connection to a node that is in domain B.

Hi, I have a full W2K Server Active Directory running on my network and lately for the last few days, all of a sudden, AD will lose Internet connection. Basically, the box is also handling DNS queries and DHCP.

Hi! I use WLAN @ home and it requires no proxy and @ work I use LAN w/ proxy. Is there a way to configure IE to automatically switch between proxy on/off depending on witch connection I use? (laptop computer).

Connecting a HUB to a Router

I want to add a router to my network instead of using one of my machines with ICS. The problem with this is that the cable modem is in the room with one PC and the other two PCs are in another room with one cable (very long and running through tight spaces) and so it's not practical to run another cable.
