I have been running 2 win me computers on a network with a 4 port router and have added a xp machine. I have set up networking on the xp machine and can ping all the computers but can not gain access to the xp machine even though i have changed the firewall and put the shared folder acess in.

Exchange 2003 on SBS.

Ok, we are getting ready to change the DNS settings so we can host our own exchange. Currently, we are using Intermedia. I've set up the mailboxes to be replicated. Is there anything else I need to do specifically? Our local domain is connectky.

Bart's PE Builder is software you use to create a windows live CD, like the Live ERD CD that you can reset Admin passwords on 2000/XP servers and PC's. You can select what software you want to add to the CD/DVD like antivirus, CD-Burning software etc.

Ok. We are having weird problems. Two of our computers simply stop aquiring network addresses from DHCP on our Windows 2003 Server with a wireless connection. Our other 8 laptops run fine with no problems.

Hi all, hopefully you guys can give me some ideas. I am lost on this now heres whats going on. We are running a regular winXP system sharing out folders for the rest of the network. Clients pulling files off from winXP are all win98 or winXP systems.

Ok. . . here is the deal. I have 2 computers. Computer 1 is wired to my Belkin 802. 11b wireless router. Computer 2 is wireless. When Computer 2 gets online and starts accessing the web, I will notice lag spikes from Computer 1 to the Belkin router.

I'm planning to migrate to a NT DNS server for simplicity reasons, and it is apparently configured properly, yet it is really flaky. I will try to go to certain sites, and it doesn't work, and then I try again and it works, and some sites, like mapquest.

Ok, Recently bought a new pc, (Specs in the general discussion thread - but doesn't matter). PC has BlueTooth, Wireless, 1394, 10/100 VIA VT6105 Network Card. LAN works fine, but as soon as I start opening webpages (I connect through a dsl504 router), the connection dies, for about 5 mins, then kicks in again.
