I've already posted this on the SP3 feedback section, but since I got no reply I'm appealing again. After the installation of SP3 Windows 2000 can't unload my registry profile. Even if I reboot directly after the SP install.

Windows Update Error??

I've just reinstalled Win2k and added SP3, but now I can't seen to be able to download any updates from Windows Update (after SP3 update). I get this when I press the Install Now button : Quote:Windows Update Error Windows Update has encountered an error and cannot display the requested page.

How to disable logon prompt after inactivity?

XP prompts me to re-enter my password if my computer is inactive for a short while. Normally, this is fine & dandy. But, it is a pain in the @ss while I'm watching a DVD ;( I forget how to disable this, or extend the time before the password prompt appears.

VPCShExH.dll can't be deleted after Virtual PC unistalled

Can anyone tell me how to remove a. dll file (specifically VPCShExH. dll) from my system that got installed with Virtual PC 4? I uninstalled the Prog from add/remove as usual and then tried rebooting and deleting the C:\Program Files\Connectix Virtual PC folder.

Installed it without any trouble. . . Need the original CD though. It is now version 2002 (10. 4219. 4219) SP2 If you have versions before 2002 (10. 4-. 3-) SP1 you might run into trouble. . . Read on other forums that SP2 told them that they had wrong versions and stuff.

ya know how when you try to shutdown or reboot. NET server how it asks you why and you have to either select from a drop down or type up an explaination. I understand the point of this for like a big corp.
