Program to large to run in memory!!!

I have a question about opening up a file. It is a an application with a dos icon and is 238mb large. When I try to run it, Im assuming it will extract what is in it, I get a message in the cmd window that says the file is too larger to run in memory.

I have tried everything to get this to work. I just picked up NIS 2003 and after I install it I cannot surf the net. I can FTP, I can ping, just No DNS. I am running through MY router and have tried everything I can think of to fix it.

Just started rollling out NAV 8. 0 on client machines on my network everything is going great it installs as an upgrade on clients that have nav corp 7. x and seems to interact fine with my servers running 7.

I have used all the known ways of telling windows to associate file types with specific applications, but no matter what I try, BMP files revert to opening with Windows Picture & Fax Viewer everytime I reboot.

found this cool app that will easily hack your UXTheme. dll (Windows XP). It's not like the uxtheme. dll patcher from tgtsoft, cause this app actually puts the dlls in the right places without booting to safe-mode It's more like StyleXP without the fancy gui and registration.

win 2000 problem

The last 2 months i am facing a problem with win 2000. I can't install any program in my pc at all. That has happened already with Acrobat reader ( i 've tried 3 different versions fron 3 different sources ) ,games ,other programs provided as freeware in several sites like tucows etc.

O & O defrag issue

Howdy, Just a quick question, For some reason, O & O isn't seeing one of my partitions. I have 2 physical drives, the 1st one is broken up into 6 partitions (c:,d:,f:,g:,h: and i: ), and the 2nd one into 2 partitions (pagefile, and K: ) They are all NTFS.

I just noticed today that I can no longer Switch Identities from within Outlook Express (6. 00. 2800. 1106). I can change Identities only by either telling OE to open a different one by default or by making OE ask which profile to open every time.

Irfanview vs. slowview

Can anyone here recommend one or the other of these apps? Previously, I've used ACDsee, but it was a bit too hefty and too expensive for my needs, so I switched to Irfanview. It has proven to be quite nice editor/movie viewer, but recently I have also heard good comments about Slowview,ie.

Hi! I´ve been using Clony XL (not XXL), Clone CD 3. 3. x, TCCD, Daemon-Tools, and other utilities that allow me to make a nice legal backup copy of my best original games!!! Once and a while I update all my software, when possible.

"Services" options in win2k

In Win nt under control panel lot of options are there particularly Services to start/stop any services but in win 2k this particular thing is missing. Where can i find this in win2k. .
