I was chekcing out dosbox before and saw an open source dosbox (dosfreak provided a link) Then today i typed dosbox into google today and found this. they have a shareware Dosbox program with nags etc.

I've got a couple of 7200 rpm maxtor drives in my computer. One or both of them make a bit of noise and I'd like to find out which without opening the case (it's a hassle to get out of my desk). I'm looking for a utility that I can use to make an individual hard drive spin down.

Both drive's directorys corupt and unreadable after copying

I added a new drive to replace a smaller drive to my box and now after copying the old active drive to the new active drive both the orginal drive and now the new drive shows that the directory is corupt and unreadable when I try to run System Suite Jet Defrag.

How to determine a missing Codec from video files

Trying to play certain video files in different viewers (IrFanView for starters) and some won't open because a certain Codec is missing. Others with that same extension will play. How do you determine what Codec is needed with a given file before you try to open it other than looking at the file extension?.

Small footprint fax server for Windows 2000 server

I would like to find a small fax server that uses a standard faxmodem, that can be placed on a Win2K server. Winfax Pro does NOT work on Win2k Server, although it can be networked with a NON server. Preferably the program would be one that does not take a huge amount of memory or space.

Anyone else tried the new Nvidia Drivers 44.03?

They are amazing. . I ran DXDIAG first thing. You would not believe how fast everything moves in the graphics tests. I then tried some games. I'm playing ALICE at 1600x1200 and getting 100 fps. That is impressive, but I really was blown away by DXDIAG.

MFT Zone using NTFS in 2k over 650MB!

I have 2 boxes both with 2 bootable HDD's all running 2k that I just converted over from FAT32 to NTFS.
