Ofcourse Norton Ghost isn't a garbage,but So,it's your choice to choose which one is better for you. In my opinion Acronis True Image 8. 0 more flexible and reliable software than Norton Ghost 9.

Hi, I just bought Dell's notebook and installed win2k, ms office, ms visual studio. Then, when I ran applications such as MS word or Excel or VB, the scroll bar went up and down or right and left uncontrollable.

Internet explorer (winxp) not displaying objects after reload.

I recently upgraded few things in my second machine and reloaded win xp and now things in internet explorer arent showing up. Like buttons in hotmail come up as red x's, or banners on some sites give me the this page cannot be displayed error or ad pages that load up before a site comes up wont display and such.

I have just reset my Pocket pc and when i try to sync via activesync it says the pocket pc name already exists. I have deleted the partnership out of active sync and tried the current and a previous name but it still says they exist,.

Mediaplayer playing things upside down!

Mediaplayer has been playing certain clips upside down. I have no idea want makes it do this. It seems to do it at random and is not a CODEC specific thing. I hope MS reads these forums. .

Notice in the last couple of days, while working in win2k, i get blue screen error, saying IRQL Not Less or Equal. . . and it points to ntoskrnl. exe What does this mean? How can I fix this problem? BoDEAN.

Well i dont' know if this question fits on ntcompatible, but maybe one of you knows. I'm building a webpage that contains png's with transparency (shadows). These are displayed correct on firefox, and Internet Explorer (tho with some help from a script in IE), but Opera just ignore's them and display nothing.

It's actually a pretty nice browser. It's options are very close to Firefox's with the addition of a few more. It has a real interesting GUI as well. It's different, but has potential to be very usefull.

Hi, I took a full image of my hard drives with Norton Ghost 9. 0 and when I restored my C drive (Windows Xp Professional) it worked , but when I tried to restore other drives this error accured : Unable to open image file.
