Hi, I hope there is someone who can me help me because I'm getting desperate. I've been busy with a problem for 3 weeks and I can't fix it by myself. . . I recently have bought a new motherboard, processor, memory, videocard, powersuplly and a case (see specs below).

Windows 2003 Folder Redirection

I've redirected a user's My documents to a folder on the server, and it works great. However, it will not work, for some reason, on the laptop he takes home. I've tried to log on at different computer under his name, and you can see his documents, so I don't know what's wrong with this particular computer.

Help on installing Window XP 64bit

i manage to download the wbi version and I have the crack ready. When I tried to install, it shows that I do not have a HDD. I have 2 HDD and it still says that I do not have a HDD detected. Why? Currently this PC is having a 32bit Windows XP running and having a few partition.

heyyy everyone, i am trying to set up a Software update Services Server. The thing is dat it has worked only now it doesnt anymore. IIS didnt work anymore couldnt start its services so i just reinstalled IIS and SUS.

Im trying to copy a couple of cds to a dvd but i cant find the software needed for this. these cds are game cds and they are for the same game. does anyone here know of a program that will let me combine mutiple cds onto a dvd?.

Can't read email in Outlook Express??!!

Today my Outlook Express decided to screw up. I can no longer read the text of email. I can recieve them, but when I click on them to read them, I can't see anything in the message body. This goes for just recieved emails as well as old stored emails as well.

Hi I have some problems with my computer whenever i try to logoff my system it displays an error message which does not allow my system to shut down. I have to manually shut my computer down and the Error Code is 0xc0000142.

im having real problems installing directx 9. 0c, when ever i try to install it, i get a message saying the software you are installing has not passed Windows Logo testing to verify its compatibility with Windows XP can someone please help me.

spec: Win XP Home, SP2 ; dual boot with SuSE 9. 2 Pro AMD Duron 1. 6GHz; 512Mb RAM; 80Gb disk with 3 Windows drives. OK - with the exception of the SuSE installation, this has been the setup since I first bought & installed NG9.

Resident Evil 2 Runs slow in 640x280 res on a P4 2.8Ghz w/ a gig of ram?

I'm trying to run Resident Evil 2 on my P4 2. 8Ghz, w/ a gig of ram and an NVidia GeForce4 MX 420 video card. The game runs fine at 320x240 resolution, but when I play it at 640x480 the game runs about 70% as fast as it does in 320x240.

Computer Freeze!!!

My friend recently built me a computer to use at home. However, after minor usage, I found that my new computer had the tendency to freeze a lot. Often it will freeze at the windows welcome screen, and other times it will freeze when I insert a new cd into the dvd-rom drive.

Here's is the situation: I brought the removable hard disk from work, and copied over some mp3s to a folder I call 'Unsorted MP3s'. When I actually found the time to move the mp3s to other folders, I got a nice little message saying 'Cannot move xxxxxxxx: Access is denied.
