I'm running XP Pro SP2 with Norton Internet Security 2004. With Norton enabled, we can't FTP back and forth to our site (for example, WS_FTP Pro reports a connect, but no response back from the site's server).

Apache 2 installation problems

I have tried to install Apache 2. 0. 54 to Windows XP Service Pack 2, but always I get the error: Installation Wizard Interrupted. The Installation Wizard was interrupted before Apache HTTP Server 2.

Yeah, first post on the forum and im extremly frustrated. I tried installing Windows XP on 2 differnt computers. I've reinstalled XP with a Differnt CD on the other computer a few years ago with no problems.

Im a little paranoid about programs when i come to uninstall them because they always seem to leave something behind. I am wondering if there is a way to see what they install or change on my system so i can completely remove it.

hey guys I need HELP?? I got a weird problem. It just started OUT OF NO WHERE??? whenever I dbl click a photo file (jpeg) on my desktop or in a folder, XP will automatically open the DEFAULT Microsoft Photo Editor so that I can SEE my image, ya know??? BUT instead now it simply says can't open file.

Has anyone ever seen a memory leak in termserv. exe and/or lserver. exe where VM usage reaches 1GB each but physical memory stays below 10MB? I know this isn't normal. Windows 2000 Server, SP4 and running in Application Mode.

Hi Gang, I'm trying to automate a number of different versions of Microsoft Excel. The good part is I'm more or less only working with the find and replace dialog. Can someone tell me the title of the Find and Replace dialog in Excel XP? If possible I'd be exstatic if someone posted a screenshot of the dialog itself.

After fixing my neigbors 2000pro PIII (she was runing for some time(including p2p) without anti-virus). By installing her Hard drive into my computer (It realy was the last option). Not realising that the partition table had been left on her hard drive.
