trying to resize the partitions on my hard drive so i can dual boot ubuntu and xp but still leave room on xp partition for more music etc. . . so i downloaded partition logic 0. 69 as an iso file and put it on an image cd.

hi i posted a thread on here a few weeks ago about Win DVD raising a create overlay failiure when launching. I managed to fix this problem before by turning on the direct draw and another option in the direct x diag program.

Just bought a toshiba a215 laptop and I was having my friends dad install xp and he told me you cannot install on this laptop because it is new and only accepts vista? Is this true? Any way around this?? Gah I hate vista.

My computer was running fine Thursday morning. That evening I went to reboot it and it took a long time to reboot and when it did it hit the login password I have and that worked fine. Then when the desktop picture came up there were no icons.

Outlook Express problem

Can someone please tell me why Outlook Express has started putting incoming emails into 'sub folders' all of a sudden. I get a mail from a sender, I open it, close it and go onto the next one. The following message from that sender then goes into a 'sub folder' under their original email.
