The changes include the ability to duplicate a tab by right-clicking on a tab in File Explorer, improvements to Narrator scan mode, and improvements to Settings > System > Power & battery. Developers can now set their Power Mode for both when their PC is plugged in and when it is on battery, and System Info (msinfo32) can now follow your text size preference under Settings > Accessibility > Text Size.
