I am getting a message when I go to log in that my system is shutting down and this was initialzed by NT Authority/sytem. It also states something about a RPC (Remote Procedure Call.) Prior to my getting Charter Communication I never had this problem. My laptop is a little over a year old and I ran MSN on it at all times. Could someone please help me out to get rid of this problem?
