Gamespy.com has posted their 2001 hardware preview.

Between now and this summer Intel will release two new versions of the Pentium 3. First out the gate will be the 1.13GHz Pentium 3, which was released back in the summer of 2000 but recalled due to significant ´errata´ (read: bugs). This release should happen around May, forcing those that desire higher clocked Intel products to choose the Pentium 4. In Q3 of this year Intel will release the Tulatin P3, based on a .13-micron process - which will allow the P3 core to run at higher frequencies than before. Initially planned to offer a 512kb full-speed L2 cache and a 200MHz bus, these plans will be scrapped - leaving the Tulatin P3 to debut at 1.26GHz on the current 133MHz bus. Not exactly an Athlon-killer by any means, especially considering what AMD has in store.
