The Tech Zone has posted their 2005 CES report.



Before flying off to the big show, Oregon Scientific sent me a digital pedometer to measure how many steps I would walk while in Las Vegas. I thought it was a stupid idea but figured, what the hell? It might be interesting. Immediately after touching down in Vegas, I reset the pedometer to zero and forgot about it. I knew that CES was going to be a big show when the pedometer showed nearly 30,000 steps at the end of the first day. As you can see from the above photo, I pegged the pedometer sometime during the last day of CES. Assuming I walk 5,000 steps per mile, it means I walked over 20 miles while in Vegas over the 4 days of the show!
