gotapex? has posted up a review on the Voodoo 5 5500 AGP.

Many review sites have done an outstanding job of remaining unbiased in their critique of both products. On the other hand, there are a ton of sites that seem to have missed the point when comparing these two graphic chipsets. The GeForce2 GTS and the Voodoo5 series of cards are not comparable at all. It would be like comparing a Ferrari to a monster truck. Sure, the Ferrari will win in speed, but the monster truck will dominate when it comes to taking the course off-road. (Note to self: Pay PA fine for off-roading with my Jeep so I can get my license back) How can anyone sit back and say which is superior? In fact, comparing the two is a mute point because they are designed for two completely different styles of operation. Sure we could post 0-60 scores all over the place, but this not fair since the Monster truck was not built for that type of use. An example of such a misrepresentation is the use of 3dmark 2000 to compare the GeForce2 GTS (Ferrari) to the Voodoo5 5500 (Monster truck). The slick drag strip was constructed for sports cars to excel, so naturally it will win. So if you are expecting to see a ton of benchmark comparisons between the V5 5500 and the GeForce2 GTS, this review may be well worth reading so you can simply learn a little bit as to why such benchmarks are not a valid measure for determining which is better. It all depends which features you want to be spoiled with. Speaking of features, let´s check out what the V5 5500 has to offer.
